California Healthy Kids Surveys

California Healthy Kids sample surveys may be found following the link below in English and Spanish. All middle school students will be receiving a permission slip. Please respond by Friday, April 19. 6th graders must have a signed slip stating parents allow them to take the survey. 7th and 8th graders must have a signed slip indicating NO if parents do not want them to take the survey. All 6th graders require and active, signed permission slip giving permission to take the survey and all 7th and 8th grade parents have the option to opt their child out of the surveys. Please let Mrs. Ray at Cappy Culver or Mrs. Grandoli at Lillian Larsen know, as well as returning the signed form, if you are opting your child out.

Registration packets for the 2024/25 school year will be available beginning on February 7, 2024.

We process inter-district transfers beginning March 1 for the subsequent school year.  Forms will be available in each school office.
