Our PTO is made up of hard-working Parents & Teachers who pool their talents to provide practical support for our school. PTO helps our school purchase technology, programs, and materials that are not in their budget. This collaboration of effort is another reason our school thrives. Cappy Culver PTO looks forward to a great year ahead with fun events, community-building activities, and most importantly supporting our children, teachers, and school to attain excellence in education. Because of the tremendous support from our families as well as work from our teachers and staff, your PTO has been able to provide various critical educational programs and activities which really set our school apart.
Some highlights include:
Multiple School Assemblies, Field Trip Support, and in-class Art Educational Programs.
Book Fairs, Festivals, Dances, Donuts with Grownups, Popcorn Days, Parent & Student Engagement Events, Spirit Wear.
Staff Appreciation, Teacher Appreciation, PE & Recess Equipment, STEM & Library Book/Supply Support, Campus Beautification, and more!
Joining Cappy Culver PTO is the first step to supporting our students. Your participation as a committee chair, volunteer, event attendee, donor, or all of the above, will make a positive difference for all CCE students. By joining and volunteering in the PTO, there is no better way to get and stay connected. Know what's happening at Cappy Culver, meet other parents and teachers, or share ideas, concerns and experiences. Through PTO we bring collaboration, communication, and creation to the students of Cappy Culver.
PTO Meetings
First Monday or Tuesday of the month at 3:00pm at Cappy Culver. (Can also set up a Zoom/Google Meet for those cannot attend in person)
Snacks provided, kids welcome.
Why are PTO meetings Important?
They keep parents informed about how the school works, and events coming up and provide a platform of communication between Parents, School Administrators, and Teachers. This helps the school to continue to improve and ensures that parents' voices are heard - a win-win situation. Get connected! There's no better way to know what's happening in our school than by joining PTO.
PTO functions are opportunities to meet other parents and teachers, build a rapport, and discuss issues that are on your mind. You can share ideas, concerns, and experiences. By getting involved at your child’s school you’ll be part of the solution, helping make positive changes and improvements!

🍿 POPCORN WEDNESDAYS! 🍿
If you are interested in volunteering on Popcorn Wednesdays please fill out our volunteer packet located at the front office. Days will be coordinated with Sara Bankofsky, our Popcorn Committee Chairperson. We love having volunteers and it is a huge help with our PTO team!!
Popcorn days will be every Wednesday, beginning August 30th.
