caffeine
by Amy

.How much caffeine did you have today? What has
caffeine? What is caffeine? Do you know what caffeine is? Today in my report I am going to talk about all about that and more.
Caffeine is a crystalline compound that is found especially in tea and coffee plants and is a stimulant of the central nervous system. It Is found in coffee, tea, soft drinks, chocolate, cola nuts, and certain medicine.
It is made up of C8H10N4O2. They all give out different effects to our bodies including our nervous system. Too much caffeine can cause…
  • Jitters and shakiness
  • Make it hard to fall asleep
  • Dizziness and headaches
  • Make your heart beat faster
And more.
Everybody can drink or eat a certain amount of caffeine. The most you can have a day is about 400 milligrams for most healthy people. This is the same as 10 cans of cola or “two energy shots” drinks. Even though caffeine may be safe for adults, It is not a good idea for children to drink or eat. So you should be careful with caffeine. I did this report because a lot of people drink and eat caffeine all day so I wanted to tell people about it. I think this is going to tell people about what caffeine can do to you.
